Tata Global
Beverages' Ltd is in the transformation phase. For the last 18 months, its
share price is range bound while revenue and profitability growth on
consolidated basis is not at par with Industry level. New management took over
and they are trying hard to turn the fortune of the company but stiff
competition from International competitors and subdued price of Tea in India is
limiting company growth.
In just
concluded quarter, Company achieved 119.5 Cr on a revenue of 1755 Cr. Given the
current market situation wherein company operate, I recommend investor to exit
from the stock and invest in more growth oriented companies like Sintex or
Escorts or HSIL or Exide Industries. Be a long term investor and don't play
around with F&O market
