One of the biggest player in Indian FMCG business, ITC share price is hovering around its peak. The Cigarette business showed robust growth where the other FMCG segment like processed foods, personal care product witness lower level of losses. The hotel business revenue remained flat but turned positive. The paperboard business is also performing well.
Even though company is facing stiff competition from Pitanjali but most of the business units are getting into growth mode. It is expected that company will get maximum benefit post economic recovery in India which is going to help higher EBITA for the organization.
I am very optimistic about their hotel and agricultural business segment down the line.
I recommend accumulation of shares with 5 years view right get the maximum output.
It is advisable to all that one should not play on F&O market. If investor follow the shares and keep accumulating shares in small quantity for the next 5 years then he or she may expect handsome result.
