Indian Prime minister Mr. Narendra Modi led cabinet took the initiative to clear out one rank one pension for armed forces, 7th pay commission, offering discounted equity to workers of companies in case they go for " offer for sale" option to unlock stakeholder value. Government stringent effort to ensure time and response management by government employees improved the image of government owned or run entity.
The medical claim for government employees offered by government owned organization helped them to get more commitment towards the organization. Recent announcement by the government to clear the arrears if any to ensure that commitment fulfilment happens.
The perceptions are changing towards government owned entity and people are willing to join them.
Government action of clearing our all outstanding dues will ultimately flows into economy which will help economy to grow faster than expected
We have seen in recent weeks that most of the rating agencies to global funds are very positive towards India growth story.
In my point of view, if government manages to hold onto their commitment till 2018 end then the auto cycle mode of economy will start which will help India to grow India by double digits
